Services

Hello and welcome! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) psychotherapist that is dedicated to creating an inclusive, authentic, and safe therapeutic experience. As your therapist, my role is to provide grounding, safety, and guidance as we explore current and past experiences/challenges, personal identity, and gain insight in order to cultivate growth and healing.

In addition to working on an individual level, I am passionate about inviting relationships into the room through couples therapy work. As you may know, relationships can be hard work at times. We experience all kinds of challenges such as; differing communication styles, cultural differences, differing intimacy needs, life transitions, and more. Oftentimes, it can be helpful to not have to face these challenges on our own, especially when unhelpful and unnoticed  patterns tend to get in the way.

My aim is to bring my expertise into the room while also collaborating and exploring ideas and themes together. My approach is to see therapy through a liberation focused,  humanistic, psychodynamic, and cultural relational lens. I incorporate mindfulness tools and parts work to reach your goals.

I value your input, feedback, and perspective and recognize that every couple and individual is unique therefore, I will cater to and be curious about your needs and goals. Let's get started!

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
